Relationship with QSI
The QSI object palette inside NI LabVIEW™
QSI Corporation and National Instruments have designed "drivers" to interface QSI operator interface terminals to National Instrument's LabVIEW platforms like FieldPoint, Compact FieldPoint, Compact Vision System, PXI/Compact PCI and CompactRIO.
A library of Qlarity® objects and LabVIEW VIs are available to easily create applications for local display and control running on Qlarity-based graphical operator interface terminals. Qlarity Foundry® 1.40 or higher and LabVIEW 6.1 or higher are required.
A set of drivers were developed by National Instruments for the QSI QTERM®-J10 handheld operator interface terminal. While these drivers were developed for an 18-key version (QTERM-J263) of the QTERM-J10 they can be adapted for use with other QSI character-based terminals. Contact our sales staff to purchase the QTERM-J263 or discuss drivers for other QSI terminals.
